Patient e-mails are delivered during normal business hours; Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. EST. Any e-mail received after these hours will be delivered the next business day. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to provide you with a response from a patient to whom you send an e-mail.
