Billing Information
View your account information and pay your bill with a credit card online. Patient Accounts is easy to use and keeps you current—all in a secure environment! Click the Patient Accounts icon to Logon to your account.
All payment and account information obtained in other areas of our website is encrypted or encoded securing the information so it can only be read by the intended recipients.
Insurance Information
We accept most HMO/PPO insurances, most types of Medicaid, and all Medicare patients. If you have questions about your coverage at our facility, please call your insurance company.
Deposits/Copayments
Deposits/Copayments are determined by your insurance company and based on specific plan benefits. For most services, the copayment will be listed on your insurance card. Copayments/Patient portions are due at the time of service.
Prior Authorization
Authorization is a requirement of many insurance companies, and will vary based on the procedure. Osceola Regional Medical Center will obtain authorization on all inpatient accounts. For outpatient encounters, the patient should have their authorization number when they arrive for the service. Your physician's office can assist you with preauthorization.
Preregistration
Preregistration should be completed prior to the date of service in order to expedite the check-in process. General demographic & insurance information is required to complete the Preregistration. Refer to specific service to obtain more Preregistration information.
